Setting the Paper Size in Microsoft Word Easily

Setting the paper size is of course very important when you want to print or create a text in Microsoft Word.  Of course, if you just make the paper size, the printouts will not match what you expect.

For example, someone measures A4 paper with a size of 210 x 297 mm, but in the Page Layout Margin word settings it is not set according to the paper, then the print results will certainly not be good.

In order to make the print results are the same as the settings on the paper, you must also set them in Microsoft Word. These are ways to easily set paper size in Microsoft Word. You can start by following the steps below.

1. The first step, open the Microsoft Word application. This screen shoots are in 2007, but they are the same in terms of appearance.

2. Please click or select Page Layout at the top.

3. Select Margins > Custom Margins.

4. Click on Paper.  In the Paper Size box, please choose what size paper you want to use.  There are many different paper sizes available.  For example I set the paper size to A4. Then click OK.

Done, we have managed to set a paper size to the size you want.  However, if the paper size you want isn't there, you can set your own size by changing the numbers in the Width and Height boxes. Please replace it with the number of paper size you want.

Thank you very much for reading. You can also use Microsoft Word for cropping image.
